Thermal Break is an insulation component with low thermal conductivity that is applied between two conductive materials to reduce heat transfer. It is commonly used in construction, manufacturing, and engineering to improve energy efficiency i.e. heat or cold losses, and prevent condensation.


Cogebi Asia’s Thermal Breaks comes in the from in various shapes and sizes. Material selection can range from;

  1. Mica 300~400 °C 
  2. Mica 700~800 °C 
  3. Epoxy Plastic Glass Composites 150~200 °C 
  4. Phenolic Composites 80~120 °C
